Adopting/Purchasing live animals
You must be 18 years or older to adopt/purchase any animals from Frogtown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC. Frogtown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC reserves the right to request proof of government issue photo ID as proof of age. Failure to provide ID in this case will result in this transaction being canceled and possible refusal of future sales. 
All animals that are surrendered, rescued, or show signs of illness are required to be quarantined without incident for 30 days before being available to purchase/adopt with approval by Frogtown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC or a Veterinarian. Animals from breeders follow a similar quarantine process varying from 7 days to 30 days depending on species need
All purchases must comply with any local or state laws regarding the sale, purchase, or ownership of exotic animals. FrogTown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sales that do not follow or meet the requirements of said laws.
Frogtown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC has the right to refuse any or all transactions if there is cause for suspicion of animal cruelty or criminal activity. 
Shipping
FrogTown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC exclusively ships animals overnight via UPS. For best results we advise all animals to be shipped to a local UPS facility to be held for pickup. Please be sure shipping address reflects the destination of choice.
Animal shipments are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. These days may be delayed at our discretion depending on adverse weather conditions in the shipping or receiving area. Safe shipping temperatures are considered between 55 and 85 F in both areas with no severe temperature drops at night.
FrogTown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC is not liable for delays in shipping once the package has reached the courier. The customer is responsible for being available to receive or pickup package on scheduled delivery day. 

Local pickups
All orders must be picked up within four business days from the order date. 
We will send two notifications about your order. If there is no contact and the order is not pickup in the window we will cancel the order and issue a refund. 
All orders not picked up are subject to max 5% restocking fee.
Restocking fees are at the discretion of the FrogTown: Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC
Returns/ Refunds
All animal sales/adoption are final. For shipped animals all deaths must be reported within 2 hours of delivery time with video evidence. Shipping costs of animals are non-refundable. 
General Liability
By purchasing the customer acknowledges they are aware that the animal being purchased is considered to be venomous, poisonous or a carrier of various zoonotic diseases and should be handled with extreme caution. The customer is aware that the animal has the potential to cause injury, hospitalization, or in extreme circumstances, death. By completing purchase, the customer is releasing FrogTown Exotic Pet Food & Supplies LLC of all liability.
FrogTown Rewards
We here at FrogTown: exotic petfood & supplies LLC are happy to offer something special for our local customers. The FrogTown Rewards punch card.
Each pickup order of live or frozen feeders will grant 1 punch on your card. After 6 punches customers earn $5 off their next purchase.

  • To redeem all punches must be made on the same card
  • Discount to be redeemed in the form of e-gift card
